Richie Lopez is a health care attorney at Parker Hudson Rainer & Dobbs, LLP. He represents health care providers of all sizes, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and private practitioners in matters involving health care compliance and litigation. With his strong foundation in federal and state regulatory matters, Richie helps clients identify and avoid legal vulnerabilities, and investigate and respond to potential compliance concerns. Richie works with clients to develop compliance policies and procedures and prepare for government audits and, when necessary, challenge adverse government findings through the administrative appeals process. Richie is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
Richie earned is undergraduate degree from Villanova University, and his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. Richie was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Cuban parents, and has called Atlanta home since 1989.
